  • You have not returned the items you have borrowed and you have been sent two reminders

You may renew your loans up to 5 times, unless there are reservations by other customers

The reference library materials are only loaned overnight (17.0012.00) or over weekend (Fri 14.00 Mon 12.00, at summer Thu 17.00 Mon 12.00), if the material is not in use. Encyclopaedias and other comparable serial works are not given to loan.

Loan renewals

If there are no reservations for the materials, you can renew your loan either by visiting the library, by calling 044 417 4424 or via online library Web-Origo. Get your free Web-Origo password from the library help desk. You may renew your loans up to 5 times.

The loan period ends at the end of library opening hours on the due date

Loans can be returned to any library branch, except the mobile library. Due to space limitations the mobile library accepts as returns only those materials originally loaned from there.

Loans returned after the due date will be charged an overdue fine. Contact the Loan Office Manager if everything is not clear about your overdue notice. We'll try our best to help you!

If the material you are looking for is on loan, you can make a reservation. A small fee is charged for reservations. When the material you have reserved returns to library, you will be sent a notice. Contact the library if you are not able to collect your reserved material timely and probably it can be put aside for you for a few extra days.
